I'm Still Unsure

I can find answers in YouTube videos, blog posts, and books. Why should I hire you?  


Yes, you can find anything online. 


When I didn't have the income to spare, I found answers by doing my own research and using free resources. And I've changed for the better.


It took A LOT longer to change and struggled through the challenges I faced. But, I did it. 


What a coach offers that books, videos, and blog posts don't is feedback depth, reflection, and accountability. 


If you are good at selecting a strategy, applying it to your challenge, and implementing it, and changing your behavior easily; continue doing what you're doing. You don't need a coach. 


But if you need guidance and accountability, I am here for you.

I'll help you:

  • build your leadership and management skillset. We'll develop a plan to get your colleagues to see you as a leader before you're even promoted.  

  • become a skillful communicator and public speaker. Your boss will not only see you as a competent leader but will give you the spotlight more often. 

  • mindfully process your performance insecurities. You'll know how to handle feedback thoughtfully without losing your mind and your confidence. 


If you're a first-generation professional, I'll help you:

  • understand and express the ways limiting beliefs, childhood experiences, and culture impact your professional career. You'll learn how to utilize your resilience, resourcefulness, and lived experience to get ahead in the workplace in a way that honors you and your experience.

If you're a woman of color, I'll help you:

  • find a leadership and communication voice that is authentic to you. I won't ask you to mimic men's behavior for you to be heard or respected in the workplace. 

And if you're a remote worker during this pandemic, I'll help you:

  • sort through the millions of competing priorities, anxieties, and challenges COVID-19 has brought into our personal and professional life. We'll develop a productivity plan and work through the most pressing challenges you are facing that are impacting your career. 

And if you're not ready to work with me, that's okay. I'll be here if you need me.
